Terms and conditions for Mat membership
• You must have a credit card on file that will be billed automatically at the first of the month.
• Memberships may be placed on hold with 15 days notice. The hold must be for 2 weeks or more.
• You may cancel at any time with at least 15 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. You must be a member for at least two full months.
• Any packages bought with the member discount must be used while you are still a member. If you cancel your membership, the packages will be converted to non-member rates.
• You may not combine membership discounts with any other promotions.
