Precisely Pilates is a boutique studio in the heart of Stamford, CT. Our mission is to teach people the tools they need to improve their quality of life. We help clients become more flexible, develop a stronger core, feel and look better! Pilates is not simply exercise; it is a philosophy of mind-body connection.

The studio offers private, semi-private and group instruction. Group classes include mat, barre, reformer, tower and chair. The studio is equipped with the finest apparatus on the market, handcrafted by Pilates Designs by Basil.

Classes

An online mat class that we are using to keep social distance. We hope everyone stays safe.

We may use some props that will be described before the class.

In order to participate, you will need a computer, tablet, or cell phone with internet, audio and video.

Zoom Buff Bones $30 per class From $10 per visit with Intro to Mat Classes pass No purchase required to enroll

On-line version of Buff Bones® class. It is a medically-endorsed, full-body exercise system for bone and joint health. It integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise with bone-strengthening and balance techniques, and is safe for those with osteoporosis. A mat class with a focus on engaging the mind with the body and developing proper movement patterns. Ideal for those new to Pilates as well as anyone wanting a refresher on the Pilates Principles of Breathing, Concentration, Control, and Centering.

Buff Bones® Mat $30 per class From $10 per visit with Intro to Mat Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

A full body exercise for bone and joint health. Safe for people with osteoporosis.

FPF (Flex Power Fusion) $30 per class From $25 per visit with Group 10 pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Flex Power Fusion is a class that combines Pilates, yoga, balance, dance, and stretching. Its aim is to increase flexibility, strengthen abdominal muscles, and improve balance and overall coordination.

Flex Power Fusion is an original program developed by Italian fitness instructor Erasmo Scipione.

Apparatus classes

Reformer $50 per class From $25 per visit with Intro to Apparatus Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

A multi-level class that is open to all with a general knowledge of Pilates and their own bodies. A middle-tier class with a focus on keeping the precision as we challenge the pace.

Tower $50 per class From $25 per visit with Intro to Apparatus Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Mixed Apparatus $50 per class From $25 per visit with Intro to Apparatus Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

An Apparatus class that is intended for advanced clients. This class assumes familiarity with the apparatus and with Pilates. The instructor may choose to use Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and/or Barrels.

Reformer/Jump $50 per class From $25 per visit with Intro to Apparatus Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Apparatus Class $50 per class From $25 per visit with Intro to Apparatus Classes pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This is an apparatus class that is Reformer based but can potentially use the Tower, Chair and Barrels.
